m140i has 100% been tuned. what a car.

13.6 for the M140i, I had a tuned 125i F20 that did 13.2, for a fraction of the price. I'm sure if you remap the new one it would be quicker than the stock M140i, with better fuel consumption

2016 is what I own...granted Im far from stock (big turbo, E40, etc)... but the mk3.5 i think looked a lot better..with a Maxton rear valance and RS wing it cleans up nicely. The mk4 isnt too bad..would've been nice to have that set up in the earlier version for sure!

el bmw m135i tiene mejor por aspecto por atras y por el lado, se ve mucho mas muscle, pero la mascara delantera es mejor en el m140i; en el aspecto de perfomance, el m140i ya era una bestia en todo aspecto, a lo mas pudieron haber cambiado de traccion trasera al xdrive que he escuchado que responde bien (aunque por mi parte la traccion trasera me parece mas purista), pero cambiar el motor de un 6 cilindros a un 4 cilindros es una aberracion... es un M, no puede tener 4 cilindros!!!!!!

I think leasing a car have a different meaning in my country. what happened if you go more than 10k miles per year? and what happen after you finish paying for 4 years? do you get to keep the car?

A great video. But it compares apples with oranges. I come from Germany and drive the BMW 140i xDrive. Unfortunately, it wasn't available in the UK. Traction is much better on wet roads than the M140i with rear-wheel drive🤓

The thing is, total dickroids drive the M140 and they are all leased or on credit. The new M135 xdrive, just has more finesse and is far less chav. It also looked better.

3rd time writing a comment. When it comes down to it, for the price there is nothing faster and better you can get on the road. In dry conditions the M140i just annihilates anything on the road. The B58 engine is one of the best built and its so strong and reliable that since then BMW have tried to match it with other engines and it just isn't possible. A stage 1 on the M140i would destroy any M3 or M4 or Audi RS range it is just incredible on how the car delivers its power and with a 50/50 weight distribution from 1.5ton is unmatched by anything in its bracket. Only downside of the M140i been a owner of one is the springs could do with replacing to give the car a better height and slighter softer ride and RWD could do with a limited slip diff... all you can get done for under £1000... and that is it. Do those things and your chucking 60mph on dry roads at around 4.2 seconds and when you dyno the stock engine you actually realise from 10s of dyno runs on stock M140i' s that they actually really produce around 360hp, which is M240i killers and if you do your research there is plenty of evidence to back that theory.

Very nice side to side comparison and a cool video! I used to drive an MK3 Titanium (station), and now driving an MK4 Titanium (hatchback). I have found the MK3 the better one when it comes to cornering. It was always like riding on rails - unbelievably stable, especially in long turns. The steering handling of the MK4 is not bad at all, but the suspension seems less stiff and in long turns a little more nervous. I also notice that when driving over speed bumps. The MK4 tends to hit the front spoiler quite fast, even at slow speeds. Is it just me? What do you think? Does the switch station/hatchback makes the difference, or the MK3/MK4 in general?

I have a Mk3, had a Mk2, tried Fiesta St. They are all great cars. Really appreciate Ford providing something more passionate than boring VWs. I am a JDM guy. But only Ford changed my mind.

Can you add the P11D value and total cost of the lease with a percentage to the page of the deal please? Professional leasers only accept deals that are under 25% of the cars P11D values over a two year term for 10K miles a year. So your current DS3 deal is 20% over the 2 years for 5K miles, rated at 99, which is good. At 10K miles a year, its 24% of value, rated at 92 on your website, but as its on the limit of an acceptable deal, it should only be rated at 50-60. Thanks.

I own a mk4estate I’m just amazed how the chassis is in track mode thing just go’s where you want it to go no understeer kinda like the loose rear end helps turning the car but to be honest its underpowered I’m gonna get it to 360 that would make it a little bit more 🌶 mst intake mountune ic2 and m330 tune including the Remus exhaust and updated plugs and coils kw v3 suspension and done

M135i xdrive has better infotainment system, better interior, better handling in snow, better fuel consumption, maybe a bit more practical, still has PLENTY of power and it can be more family-friendly. For me, F40 is the winner
